You can follow these steps for creating free blog less then 5 min .
STEP 1:
Go to www.blogger.com
STEP 2:
Sign in with your Gmail account . If you don't have Gmail account then you can create by Gmail for free Because blogger is google product so you can't sign in without Gmail account.
STEP 3:
After sign in Click on New Blog button which shown on Top-left side
STEP: 4
You will see following box:
So enter your blog title and domain name (Address) of your blog. You should must choose unique address for your blog. Select any one template which you want for your blog or can select first simple template. You also can change this later. After selection of template CLICK on CREATE BLOG! button.
STEP : 5
Your Blog has been created. Now you can start blogging and can write your articles and posts.
HOW I CAN SUBMIT POST ON MY BLOG ?
After creating blog click on your blog you will see this type of page on screen:
Click on NEW POST Button . Now you can edit your post with blogger post editor you can add link ,image ,video in your post .
After editing click on PUBLISH button and can see post on your blog address.
